Our story

Named after The Irish Times newspaper, the pub was opened on November 4th, 1995 by James McGurrin Sr. who had spent many years working as a printer for the newspaper in Ireland. Shortly thereafter his son James Jr. and wife Dolores carried on the management of the authentic Irish Pub and made it the Palms neighborhood hangout that it is today.

Dark Irish pub with friendly bar staff. The best authentic fried breakfast I have
come across in Los Angeles. Recommend.

My favorite bar in Culver City. The atmosphere is great and the food is
amazing. Also the live music. Must visit!! !

Best pint of Guinness in Los Angeles. Always a great time on St Patrick's Day
as they'll have several Irish bands rotate throughout the day and evening.

Thank goodness for some real people. They pull a great Guinness and are low
key. If you are from NYC and miss all those awesome Irish bars, come here.

My boyfriend wanted to watch the Sunday football game, I wanted to slug
some drinks, and we both wanted to stuff our face with food. This place was
perfect!
